Because our products are shipped from various suppliers, shipping times may vary. Some items may be shipped separately, even if you place a single order.

In rare cases, an item you ordered may be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a refund or alternative product.

Our standard Return Policy applies to all dropshipped items. Please contact our customer service if you wish to return a dropshipped item.

We carefully select our dropshipping partners to ensure product quality. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please reach out to us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
